Taking an active role in his community, Ryan serves as president of the Provo Linux Users Group (serving over 400 members). He is also the System Administrator for the Foundation for Children and Youth with Diabetes, a cause he believes deeply in. Additionally, Ryan works as an open source business consultant donating his time to various start ups and small companies worldwide, ensuring the success of the Open Source ecosystem.
