I work full-time as a Network Engineer for the iProvo Fiber-to-the-home project. I am also a part-time student at BYU working on an M.S. in Information Technology. I am also the president of Timmerman Group LLC (http://timmermangroup.com), which provides IT consulting related to FTTx deployments of IPTV, VOIP, and Data services as well as web design and hosting services. I am here to hopefully get a chance to socialize with some peers. I have been programming, and using Linux for my primary workstation's operating system since 1996, and I'm curious to learn more. I hope to have that opportunity here.
