Everest Web is looking for a responsible, self starting Flash Designer/Programmer with experience in creating web sites. Skills required include strong design eye, programming FLASH, DreamWeaver, templates, and accessing databases. The opening is full time. This will be a career defining and launching opportunity for whomever wins this position.

Job Description
•Design and create leading edge flash applications for one of Warner Music’s subsidiaries
•Active involvement in the online music social networking trend
•Work on flash programs in the music industry
•Layout attractive highly visible and active flash campaigns
•Create web-sites and templates that can be utilized to generate multiple similar web sites
•Interface with HTML programmers and designers
•Program Flash and WEB interfaces to database
•Optimize web sites around search engine optimization tools
•Work closely with Sr. Technologist in help define and create Online Social network technologies

Required Skills
•Minimum of 2 years developing Flash applications
•Strong Design and good creative ability
•Fast, smart worker
•Interface with database experience
•We are a LAMP house must be Unix background
•Dreamweaver
•Strong creative and design eye
•Must have own computer with high speed internet access at home office

Compensation

Hours
Full time - flexible time structure some potential to occasionally work from home
