The second he posted he no longer had 44 points. He got more. So - the question isn't specific enough to answer. He didn't define what 'now' was. Was it at the time immediatly before his posting, immediatly following his post, or at a rolling point in the future that is 'right now?' If it is the last one then it is likley too dynamic for the question to be accurate, at which point a reasonable guess is: NO. Infact, you can see this is the case. He has 50 points at the time of my posting (actually immediatly proceeding the time of my posting this reply). You can see his most current point value at the bottom of this page.

Of course, I'm not sure that posting about people posting about points to get points is really the idea, but at least people are posting!
