Backcountry.com uses non-Linux only as the exception, not the rule. They have been featured in Newsforge, CIOInsite, Forbes, among others for their use of OSS in the corporate environment. The pay isn't what could be expected elsewhere, but if you prefer a Linux environment to non, and/or are an avid outdoorsman/woman you will be very happy with this place. The work environment is very relaxed, and features large discounts on all the gear they sell, as well as discounted season passes to the ski resorts around the area.
